Joe is the Founder and President of Life Values Financial in Crofton, MD, and a Registered Representative with United Planners Financial Services. Since starting his firm in 2000, Joe has built his practice on faith-based principles, serving his clients’ financial needs from a Christian/Catholic perspective. Joe is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses (securities through United Planners and advisory services through Stewardship Advisory Group), as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Joe is also licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

When he is not wearing his financial planning hat, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife of 6 years, Sarah, and his two-year-old daughter. He is an accomplished pianist, having recorded two CDs of original piano solos, and is an accompanist at two different churches on the weekends. Joe also enjoys playing several sports, including basketball and baseball.
